I discovered the successful setup on my work phone afterwards (using same apple ID to avoid re-buying certain apps etc, now that I think it thru I regret it). ![]() The Clear folks were not helpful when I brought this up to them originally. It begins by asking for my email and then gives me the error. I have deleted (including data) and re-downloaded the app several times. I think the problem is that my SE 2020 is not allowing camera access. My work iPhone 8 - MQ6V2LL/A on iOS 14.7.1 has no issues setting this up. I previously had a CLEAR acct for airport security but cancelled it. Whichever way I try to go about it I receive the "Oops, Something went wrong" error. ![]() Tomorrow Oct 20th I will request they refund me 100% & fire their procurement team.I am trying to set up a health pass on the CLEAR app on my iPhone SE 2020 - MXCH2LL/A on iOS 14.7.1. The cameras were in the kitchen where two teenagers have wore a path to the fridge. Guess what, Neither camera transmitted photos according the settings selected. Being frustrated and not wanted to travel into the woods to be disappointed again, I set them up at home. We were sent new cameras and received them in a few days. They prorated my refund for services I wasn't receiving. SpyPoint offered a refund (as they should), but here's the rub. It took two "chats" with Spypoint Chat that pushed 5 hours to determined both cameras needed to be returned. I purchased two Flex G-36 cameras the end of Sept. Oh and their camera’s are very spotty on working. To make sure about that, check your Spypoint app for the camera that is not showing properly or giving issues. Do not buy a spypoint their customer service is horrendous and I will never purchase a spypoint product again. The Oops message represents as your Spypoint account got one camera that have the Model name missing issue. In the end they did nothing to help me other than offering me tiny compensation just to market me more and to purchase further products through them. They then offered me two free months of their unlimited program. I pushed them further saying that it was unacceptable and that they should replace the camera as this was an issue on their behalf not mine. However they offered me 15% off a new camera…. I contacted spypoint and they stated that there was nothing they could do. I recently located a new spot with cell service and when I turned on the camera it wouldn’t work. This year I went to use the camera and found out that because it was a 2020 camera the cell services were shut down due to 3G network. I moved locations to an area with no cell service so I had no need for the camera later. I purchased a spypoint camera in Feb of 2020 and used it for 9 months. ![]()
